June 2008, LOGMETER® 4000 purchased by Suzano Suzano Papel e Celulose has purchased two LOGMETER 4000 units to measure the solid volume of wood loads. One will be installed at the Mucuri mill and the other at the Mucuri wood deposit. Suzano intends to purchase two more LOGMETER systems by the end of the year. Brazil's Suzano Papel e Celulose is an integrated producer of pulp and paper with an annual production capacity of 1.35 million tons of paper and pulp. The installation of the LOGMETER 4000 units in Mucuri are scheduled to begin in August of this year, becoming the 7th and 8th LOGMETER units installed in Brazilian mills. Back
